Course 1: Bruschetta

Toasted baguette topped with tomatoes, prosciutto, ricotta and feta. Prepared with Dueamori Italian seasoned EVOO. Paired with Alegre - Albarino.

Course 2: Chicken

Farfalle pasta with shredded chicken and vegetables. Prepared with Dueamori Butter Garlic EVOO. Paired with Ensemble - Rhone Blend.

Course 3: Sirlion

Seared and roasted sirlion steak with potatoes. Prepared with Dueamori Pepper Steak EVOO. Paired with Serenade Reserve - Texas Tempranillo.

Course 4: Tacos

Beef taco with flour tortillas and mango salsa. Shrimp taco with corn tortillas, shredded cabbage and cilantro. Prepared with Dueamori Rossa Picante EVOO. Paired with Motif - Montepulciano.

Course 5: Dessert

Chocolate cake with chocolate lavender ganache. Prepared with Dueamori chocolate lavender EVOO. Paired with Portamento - Port.
